Any idea where to find one? I know Germany is very strict with its copyright laws.

I don't think syncronisationed is a word in english, that would be syncronised.
But for movies you probably mean 'dubbed'

They provide lists of such sites, even checked if they are still up.

Imo, Streaming doesn't have a good experience. torrent is the way to go

Torrenting in Germany can cost you hundreds to thousands if you get caught (And they do look for people doing so). Streaming on the other hand is barely worth a fine.
