Just moving wires around... It's really a huge change in chip design and manufacturing
- "just moving wires around" could mean anything on something that is mostly wires :)
  
  Yeah I work in semiconductor failure analysis and thought it was funny how that was phrased. People don't understand how many years of engineering and development it takes for changes like this
