Shouldn’t this be counted as use of lethal force with intent to murder?

cops shouldn't have any weapons at all. if you really give a shit about whatever you believe the tenets of the job are, go out there and feel the fear you love imposing.
- What's a cop supposed to do when going up against an armed criminal then? They go up against armed criminals on a daily basis.
