+1 for 1dm+ , it has torrent support too. I purchased the pro version using credit from my google opinion rewards.

1DM+ is easily the best one. But unfortunately, it's proprietary. Among open source apps, I think Navi is the best one.

I use Download Navi (F-Droid, Play).
I hear good things about Advanced Download Manager (Play) too.
Can say ADM is good in my experience though I have yet to figure out how to get the built-in ad-block to work.
