Earlier this year, multiple legacy automakers announced their intent to switch from CCS Type 1 in North America to NACS - Tesla's Supercharger inlet.

Now, as we approach the end of the year, the majority of automakers that supply North American customers have announced their intent to switch to NACS, and, come 2025, the majority of new EVs on sale will come with NACS as standard.

Which has led to lots of people asking us one very simple question: "Should I buy an EV now with a non-NACS inlet, or should I wait for NACS?"
