HH fails-We can't cover our bad math now so let's dip into the reserves.

30 mil for renting easement-While were at it, instead of doing our jobs and making bill that sets a cap on rent let's pull from reserves to pay the greedy landlords.

Remember when we had a reserve in the federal government? See where we are now? Maybe let's not take that path.
