I'm actually pretty optimistic about reddit in fedi!
Twitter had specific personalities that needed to move for me to join, but Reddit was just anonymous shitposts.
If the feed updates often enough, this is a perfect drop in replacement. Also, crossposting here from Reddit is an easy way to generate content 🤷♀️

People have bots doing that but it's actually pretty lifeless and doesn't add quality to the site. The organic OC here is high quality, as is the quality of discussion. We don't need Reddit content posted by bots.
Who needs quality. I'm here to scroll my life away. Inject content into my veins, bot or not.
