The post title and article title are not the same, but geez that article was all over the place. In the case of this shooting, the officer fell victim to the normal accidental shooting situation: most accidental shootings are done with an "empty" gun.
Obviously, this officer is less of a victim than the person they stupidly shot dead.
In case no one's told ya: never point a gun at anything you don't intend to destroy.
No accidents, only negligence.
Ah, my sarcasm didn't read well. The phrase "normal accidental shooting situation" was meant to be far more infuriating than it's being accepted right now.
Weird to assume that a police officer would know this.
