I would like to try it, but I have no idea of what would grow (10degC to 16degC high humidity). Does anyone have any suggestions?
Beets! Their ideal germination temperature is around 16ยฐC and mature plants can even tolerate frosts. Arugula and Kale are great cool weather crops too.
