The smart thing is to get up, but instead I fall into a deep sleep for one minute and feel shattered when I then have to get up.

Aw that deserves at least a 5 minute extension just on principal

Or:

"Man I gotta pee ... I'll just dismiss the alarm, I'll HAVE to get up to pee any minute ..."

Two hours later "... WTF?! I'm late!!!"
