Isn't there an Egyptian myth involving Thoth about that? The linguistics YouTuber NativLang made a series about the origin and development of scripts called Thoth's Pill based on it years ago.

I'm not against clay tablet. I just think you need to reasonable with it. Not more then 1.5 hour a day of writing and reading hieroglyphs, and no Pharaoh porn.
