Reshape? That's sanewashing. It's deshaping.
The endangered species act actually needs some updates. As it stands, it incentivizes people who discover an endangered species on their land to shovel and shut up rather than conservation.
- Sure, but the choice in recent decades has been to leave it as is, or to completely gut it.
