I'm sure wanker Doug Ford was reluctant. The pcs resisted electrification of the lines.
Do you mean pre-Doug PCs? I'm under the impression that Doug's PCs are in on GO expansion and electrification, for some reason. Maybe I've missed something through the rest of the noise. 😄
