Everyone deserves food, water, shelter and serviceable clothing.
There is literally no reason why everyone on the planet cannot have these necessities.
Haha. Personally, I say let’s cut the program entirely and stop paying.

  Or kill them and release a flood of houses. I just think death is best for these people. Wipe the slate clean, start over, hopefully do better this time.
