Is there a giant-font app to display text landscape on your phone to other people for easier viewing?

Like, to quickly show a reader how a name is spelled for paperwork, etc. Something that makes the text take up the entire size of the screen or something like that.

A crude but simple way would be to save a HTML file with a textarea. Type in the text and pinch to zoom.

It's not foss (i know that kinda defeats the purpose) but it needs no account, no permissions and has no ads.
- Nice find, thanks! @brie reminded me of data:text/html, <body contenteditable> so I'll be using that "webpage," though (if I can remember it!).
I've been using embiggen on android for years but a foss alternative would be nice.
