Permanent Debuff

Sometimes when I'm randomly hit with an unexplainable negative emotion, I think of it in terms of having a permanent curse that just randomly debuffs me.

Why permanent? Couldn't it be a temporary debuff?
- I appreciate the optimism; it definitely feels permanent because I'm in the thick of a rough patch right now, but your comment did remind me that all things change eventually. (It's a little boost of positivity if nothing else)

  I'm sorry that you're going through it. I've been there myself. I hope you that you have the support you need, and you're right- all things change eventually. Your debuff does have a countdown, you just can't see it.

Just consider what would happen if you lost a limb!
- Is it strange I do sometimes think about things like that? Not all the time thankfully, but it is one of those 'what if?' scenarios that pop up now and then.
  
  People have all kinds of intrusive thoughts, and it's normal. It's just the brain idling about possibilities and outcomes.
Psychic Drones are real, I knew it
Yeah I have that debuff too. If it were a game I would start it over.
