No shit. Glad Trudeau is willing to do what's needed.

  That was my response to the article. All the direct quotes left it vague but positive. As another poster pointed out, it has carveouts.
- For anyone else who didn't read the article, it's exceeds in a positive way. But part of it apparently comes from a lack of accounting when it comes to methane
I'll be happier if this can be verified by a third party. Given how "COVID numbers are down" because they did less testing, I'm sure there are exceptions and things missing from their accounting.
I know there are satellites in orbit that detect methane emissions -- I'm wondering if they corroborate the story.

  Where's your local COVID testing walk-in clinic where you can get a PCR test completed in a lab and aggregated into your municipal / provincial positivity rate?
