The argument is always that there is an un-banned gun of the same caliber that fires the same bullet from the same cartridge with the same rate of fire and the same killing power.
Then own the un-banned gun.

If you're buying a gun because of how it looks you shouldn't own guns. These laws are designed to prevent the development of a US style gun culture in Canada and they are supported by 85% of Canadians.

Steven MacKinnon and the liberal government needs to fact check themselves, our laws pre-May 2020 worked for everyone, the mass shooting in Nova Scotia had nothing to do with licensed firearm owners, making firearms more illegal isn’t going to stop criminals who don’t care about the law.
