I kind of want to see a photo of the inside of the shoe to see if any made it through. Owie.

Soles would be thicker than the overall length of the tack, I'd be more concerned about if any got up and over the edge and got into his ankle on any of the sliding around when going for counts. Musta had at least a scrap or three.

So wait why are people throwing tacks?
It was a 'thumbtacks and tables' between two rivals who hate each other and an...above average number of thumbtacks were involved compared to what you'd normally expect from such a set up.
