  I really don't think they're sincere. I suspect it's from the CCP and Kremlin trying to fuel both ends of the spectrum and create division.

  That's the kind of classic willful huge blind spot in their half-baked regurgitations. Any "undesirables" in a society where all are supposed to be equal.
