This is either blatantly sexist, or super progressive. Unfortunately, I'd probably have to assume the former.
I first thought it was for those that wanted to just do their business and leave vs extroverts that wanted to talk while in there, then i realized 😑.

It could be literal. People that don't talk a lot, vs. those that do. Idk if I'd call it progressive, but that'd be reasonably neutral imo. Similar to separating people by enjoyment of pineapple on pizza. Still, no reason to do it.
Left is for when you want to do your business in peace. Right is for the peanut gallery, philosophical discussions, weather updates, and battleshits.
