Flippers is not on offense, 3 second rule does not apply.

I actually looked this up. NBA has a defensive 3 second violation of you're in the paint and not guarding someone. Flippers isn't guarding someone, and it looks like he can't move so fast out of the water. So he would get a technical if the guard could just hold up for 3 seconds instead of shooting.

They scored a lot in 90 seconds. Why doesn’t Flippers get more game time? That coach should be fired.

GOAL TENDING
Upon further review, the ball was still in its upward trajectory and not over the cylinder of the hoop, therefore the call of goaltending is overturned, and the score has been adjusted accordingly.
