Lately my anxiety has manifested as feeling like my whole body is vibrating. Like it's my blood or something. It's so much harder to ignore when it is physical.
Literally my life the last two months. I think 10 years of hiding from reality with overwork, cannabis, booze, etc really catches up to a guy.
Life seems hard these days. World feels like it's just slowly dying. But hey, at least we have it so much better than (almost) everyone else in the US.
Mind and Body are not separate.
I can recommend “When the Body says no” from Dr. Gabor Maté. I think ist’s quite an interesting read on that topic.
