that Cleveland stop is a regional bottleneck because of when it runs and where it picks up, they don't use Terminal Tower for some reason about a mile away and it only runs in the wee hours

if you are traveling to Cleveland, you need a private ride out from that train because nothing is running downtown at 4 am... unless you know where you are going and you don't mind hoofing it a few miles
