60% of adults in US have digital assistants? I find that hard to beleive. Or is it 60% of people who use digital assistant, use it for the weather? (EDIT: it is the second option, mentioned in the graph) The graph does not have "I don't use an assistant" in it, and it's not mentioned anywhere in the article (tho I only skimmed it), so it's just a clickbait headline.The point of the article is that people aren’t using it for what these ad companies want, which is selling shit to consumers. They’re using it for the exact same stuff they were using it for 7 years ago, which is basic ass shit that could be an open source project.
