I was just making a joke that there is literally a section on the SF-86 (Questionnaire for National Security Positions) that asks you about your foreign financial interests and specifically enumerates gifts. I doubt anyone in the current cabinet had to do any of that and got their access via a hand wave after putting their lips on Trumps asshole.
