Any drug (medical over the counter or street drug) that can help relief constant stress?

Besides diagnosed PTSD, I'm under constant extremely high stress levels. it's been a long time. and I assume I would have gotten used to it? anything that can actually help me not be constantly overwhelmed all the time?

don't want to relieve my constant trauma or traumadump. lets just say it feels like my veins are about to explode and I'm often seeking any distraction for my thoughts that are about my reality and are extremely scary.

Talk to an actual doctor.
No one on the internet is qualified to help you, and the advice you get is more likely to harm you.
Something that works for one person might harm another.

Weed is great.

  I'm tried, and all it does is make things "wobbly" and puts me to sleep.

  slow and low. vape pen is your friend. just a dabll do, and it doesn't stink up your clothes and everything else.
  I don't like being high but it's the only thing that helps my anxiety/ insomnia/ migraines. Quite literally just a small amount is enough to take me down a notch stress wise.
Heroin, until you run out.
- if you take enough heroin, then said amount is the exact amount you'll need for the rest of your life

Diet - food - can have a huge impact on stress. Ensure your getting all the essential nutrients, eliminate sugar, and reduce carbohydrates (go full keto if you can). See metabolic mind for the emerging research on the food brain connection especially with respect to anxiety
Sleep - not getting enough sleep increases cortisol and stress hormones all day
Inflammation - if your slightly allergic to something, like low grade celiac, but eat it anyway... Inflammation, and stress hormone response
Do you have any experience with psilocybin/shrooms, LSD/acid, or MDMA/molly/ecstacy?
- I'm a veteran with PTSD. I credit LSD with my survival until I could get into the VA system and get therapy. I think the other two could help, too, but all of these need the right setting with a good trip sitter.
  OP, there is a network of professionals who will trip sit if you don't have anyone you trust for that in your life.
- tried shrooms, went from low dose to "hero dose" little to no effects, just saw some patterns in the corner of my eye. haven't tried the rest, no idea where to get them

Antidepressants and therapy.
- tried different antidepressants for years, they never really worked, at least more than a month.
  no amount of antidepressants can help when life is shit due to external factors.
  I just want to be able to feel "normal" for like a few moments.
