Does anyone have a list of "bot infested" lemmy instances so that I can ban them preemptively?

I've been having a look at https://fedidb.org/software/lemmy and taking note of the servers where total users is orders of magnitude larger than active users, but I was wondering if there was a comma separated list that we could import into our ban-list.

I don't have a straight up list to offer you, but https://lemmy.dbzer0.com/u/db0 has made a software for looking up instances with high amount of users but low amount of posts called lemmy-overseer. https://github.com/db0/lemmy-overseer
On github you can find link to their running instance with API documentation.
I have not personally used it, so this is as far as I can point you :)

Is there a lemmy/kbin equivalent of #fediblock on mastodon? E.g., a community or something where folks from across the fediverse share instances that should be considered for defederation? I've seen plenty of internal defederation discourse on individual instances, but generally in isolation.
