Yes. It applies to any attack that has the unarmed trait or is a touch spell.
- As someone who has GM'd for PF2E for several years I second this. I see no reason they would not be able to be used together.
  Keep in mind that Tentacular Limbs does have the morph trait so it cannot be stacked with another morph ability/spell applied to the same limb. Also, because the spell has the manipulate trait, you could draw a reaction (attack of opportunity).
