Hilarious to say their high workload is the problem. Not wanting to pay actual scribes is the problem. That said, putting in orders and (to a lesser extent) progress notes through voice to text or inaccurate black box AI is fundamentally poorer care even if they're later reviewed and signed. But then we circle back to that's really all the payors are willing to pay for. Complex problem.
