It's not a political thing. As best I can determine, it's a status symbol thing.
We can argue back and forth about the aesthetics of it, but at the end of the day it's expensive to look like that, so they're signaling that they have boat-ox loads of expendable income (or at least they want to give that illusion).
Signaling one's wealth is something that transcends political party by a country mile as the saying goes in my part of the world.

I agree to a degree, since many styles popular with women either require some mix of skill, free time, or money to maintain or signal an inability to look like that and perform labor (super long nails and high heels). Mens fashion often goes there but has a cycle were it shifts back to practical whenever a big war happens.
I also seen good arguments that there's cultural elements specific to MAGA that make women butcher their faces like this, though.

To be fair they were all pretty ugly before the surgery too, I'm pretty sure being an evil piece of shit just makes you ugly.
