Looks like there are massive carve-outs for John Deere machinery (which is a large reason for the RTR movement to begin with) and video game consoles.
For the unaware: John Deere has done everything it can to make its machinery nearly impossible to repair. Parts have unique ID numbers, and the proprietary onboard computer will refuse to run if you replace a part outside of an authorized mechanic shop.
