I've had a few guys come by the house I live in for a little extra money, what the fuck do they do?!?!

So I live in a fairly small, walkable and walkable apartment complex that I share with 3 other people and have been in for the last two months. Every day I’m in a building, go into the parking lot, and hop on the bike and leave my door unlocked so I can talk to whoever wants to talk to. I usually say hi to all of my neighbours at least once a day, I never open the door unless there’s no one here, and that’s before I even hit the house! And even then they’re only like 5 or 6 “m'eds” or whatever, but not much else. But I don’t really know why. They go out to eat with other people who are m'eds, so I know that they’re at least half m'eds. The problem is I do not know any of my neighbours. I can ask one of the neighbours about their favourite food or their favourite drink or whatever they like. They’re great, they just won’t answer me unless I ask them. It’s weird because they know exactly what I’m doing when they see me and that’s weird because I have no clue.
