Yes. Yet we keep doing it.

The solution is less lanes, more trains, metro, busses, walkable infrastructure, parks, mixed use zoning, etc.
Bit we don’t want any of that because our car overlords need fresh batches of money to support their business model.
That moment when the solution for fixing traffic is "literally anything but cars."
