They did this last time they were in power too, 10 years ago. Exploration companies came and searched everywhere for years but didn't find anything. An oil rig circled the whole country, drilling exploratory wells.

They can't seriously think this time will be different. This is just asshole-signaling.

Talk about the wrong side of history.
