Good Lord, is he so desperate to get people to forget that he raped children that he might actually do something right?
Great!
I won't stop reminding people that he raped children, but maybe we can get him to do some good in the process.
But he didn't admit why there was starvation in the first place. He'll continue his normal pattern of saying one thing and doing the opposite. If anything this will mean more soldiers to distribute food that basically end up shooting anyone that cuts in line.
