I thought that the first amendment would protect them because as far as I can tell, it doesn’t seem like they made a true threat. but it turns out school speech is more limited than I thought.
Today on FAFO channel.
Felony charges for a middle school student on, what I imagine is, a first offense seems a bit ridiculous, but an example should be made of them.
- Why, exactly, should an example be made?
  
  What is the purpose of an example being made in the first place?
- Did you read the article? It suggests several alternative actions across a variety of similar cases that were more effective responses.
  
  I did. It also suggested felony charges… which is what I was commenting on. Please get your dopamine needs elsewhere, fool.
