Experienced butt grabber here. It should be on the right cheek. The wrist can follow the curvet, so you can perform the slap, grab and squeeze manoeuvre without straining your wrist.
Hyperflexible person here. Get a better wrist :p
Or just being at another angle relative to the person than the one shown, which presumably these characters were at some point.
