The fact that Anti-Homeless laws exists is already dystopian. Then they remove a bunch of people who are peacefully protesting and doing nothing illegal because their feelings are hurt. Nothing is going to change until people start carrying to these protests.
Money can be spent imprisoning these poor souls, but God forbid using that money helping them!
Conservatives, that is psychopaths with a little sadism sprinkled in for fun, have virtually unlimited apetites for hurting others that they identify as "others" and a powerful, but limited willingness to help their own that amounts to "looking the other way" no matter the consequences either way.
