I believe that just a run-of-the-mill blue dress lol.
- They obviously dressed both in colors to evoke the characters they'll play. He has a cloak.
  
  I mean, if they want to evoke the character's color, then link would wear either blue(botw) or green. Kinda obvious that they just take a random shot of two character. Also i don't remember any significance of cloak with Link
And Matt Mercer as Ganondorf right? Right?
They should add Jack Black and Christ Pratt because why not
