Europe is slowly ditching Microsoft: why it's happening & why it could fail.

The fuck you mean why it could fail. We don't tell people to leave abusive relationships because the money isn't quite right or the timing is bad.

My country went through several failed rounds of trying to unify systems used by police, courts, adminstrations... Cost us billions every time and never had anything to show for it. Maybe this will turn the tide.
