Unfortunately, nothing new here... 20 years ago you could take a taxi and be greated by a PhD immigrant driving it. I know dozens of French immigrants who returned home. About 50% go back in the 1st year, another 40% in the following 2 to 10 years. After 10 years only 10% of the immigrants are still in Canada. 90% left.
