New Telus Cell Towers Coming to Nanaimo to Fix Dead Zones

How is a tower at Rutherford hill not already a thing? I thought there used to be a lease at the mall decades ago?

I must have missed the previous announcement about where the tower will be installed in Nanoose Bay.
