Every time I hear them praise this bill, it sounds like baby-talk: "Big beautiful bill". JFC.

The fact that, in some official capacity, that's the actual name of this bill makes me want to trepan myself.

Yeah, IIRC, the same asshole party called one of their bills "Clear Skies Act" and of course, being conservatives, it was not about that.

lol I remember the patriot act; forgotten battles… I had so many issues with stuff going on at that time and was pretty naive then too. I think one of the things that made me realize how messed up things were, were the amazing reactions to 9-11 and similar. I was just stunned
