Don't have any instances blocked, but I block all the political, trans, furry, and mental illness communities. I wish people wouldn't post political stuff to the YSK or general memes communities, there are 5 million better places to post that on lemmy, but it's manageable.

Huh? I'm literally talking about like anxiety memes, adhd, autism, etc. Just not topics I find interesting.
