New model is painfully slow
I get we are in the early stages of this new FLUX.1 based model; but the generation times are PAINFULLY slow!*
More of a gripe than a complaint as this service being available for free is unbelievable!
Anyone with any experience of the early days of the previous model who can give guidance on how soon to expect a gen-speed increase?

the previous one was also often slow...but the new one is really very slow - it takes 5 minutes for 8 pictures and to top it all off the result is not even close to what you want
I've even looked for alternative sites, but they're either paid, can't handle NSFW content, or don't generate furry characters.
Unfortunately, we'll have to wait until the developer improves the whole thing on their own, which could certainly take many weeks, if not several months
The model is actually really fantastic, but you have to completely change the way you think about prompting. I've set up some base styles on my generator here: https://perchance.org/opentext2imagegenerator
If you give that a go, and be very descriptive, writing in natural sentences; you'll see some great results. My only minor gripe is with the speed of gens, not the model itself, it's a definite improvement...
I don't know anything about the "new model" - I'll try it out one of these days
