Manitoba will expropriate Lemay Forest to turn into provincial park, premier says

I have to admit, I'm a little uncomfortable with this one - expropriation is a pretty extreme measure, and more housing is needed.

But I have no skin in this game, the details are obviously pretty complex, and it seems like a pretty unique situation.
