Xwiki, alternate to SharePoint and Confluence, employs people in France and Romania. Product is self-hostable (FOSS manifesto in post body)

I'm having a hard time finding the self-hostable part. The only download button I can find leads to a form I have to fill out with my personal information before, presumably, being able to download.
