She was on video creating a noose but medical response was "delayed" for 2 hours? What the fuck America.
The logic is that if potential immigrants hear about the terrible conditions, they won't attempt to cross the border. It's basically modelled on the Australian 'stop the boats' policy, which hasn't actually stopped the boats.
