In the latest Windows 11 preview build, Microsoft removed the “bypassnro” command, which let users skip signing into a Microsoft Account when installing Windows.
I don't use Windows but I assume you could just use an old .iso to install it, get the local account, and then run Windows updates?
I suppose it gets required as soon as you have installed the update then.
